Most people never find out what they'd hold under pressure.
Why Standpoint exists
Everyone has values.
Few have chosen them.
Most people inherit what they stand for from family, culture, and pressure, then find out it breaks at the exact moment it matters.
Standpoint is four days to choose yours on purpose. You'll test them against real cases and real pressure, learn to say them so people believe you, and leave with a plan to lead by them. When a hard decision comes, and it will, you'll already know where you stand.
The shift
Who walks in. Who walks out.
Day 1, 8:00 AM
- "I think I know what I value."
- Decisions made by mood, pressure, or whoever is loudest
- A future you hope works out
- Failure feels like a verdict
- Inspired for a week, then back to normal
Day 4, 5:00 PM
- Five to seven values you can name, define, and defend
- A leadership code you've already said out loud
- A written five-to-ten-year vision
- A plan for exactly what you'll do when you fail
- 90 days mapped out, and a partner holding you to it
Four days. One table. Nowhere to hide.
One-on-one access
Sit across the table from leaders who've done it.
Most leadership events put you in a crowd, watching someone on a stage. At Standpoint, you get personal, one-on-one time with top-tier leaders. They'll look at your values, your vision, and your plan, and tell you what they see.
- One-on-oneYour questions, your plan, and their full attention.
- Top-tier leadersPeople who have built, led, failed, and come back.
- Revealed to participants firstThe faculty is being confirmed now. Committed attendees hear the names before anyone else.
Faculty
Names go to committed attendees first.
How the four days build
From what you believe to how you lead.
Each day builds on the one before it, and every evening ends with homework that feeds the next morning. You won't sit through four separate seminars. You'll go through one process, start to finish.
Inside the four days
Real leaders. Real stakes. Real failures.
Which companies, which leaders, and which crisis stay inside the room. The full four-day syllabus goes to confirmed participants.
What you walk out holding
Your Standpoint.
Seven things you leave with. Most conferences give you a lanyard and a feeling that fades by Wednesday. Here, you build every one of these yourself, in the room, and take them home in writing. Together they are your Standpoint: where you stand, and how you'll lead from there.
- 15–7 personal core values
Clearly defined, with your own definitions and examples of how each one guides your decisions and behavior.
- 2A 5–10 year personal vision
Written, covering personal growth, family, business or career, and ministry or community service.
- 3A personal leadership code
Your standards, your commitments, and the principles you will not compromise.
- 4A failure recovery plan
A practical framework for mistakes, setbacks, and adversity, built on a six-step recovery process.
- 5A 90-day action plan
Measurable goals, specific actions, and milestones for days 1–30, 31–60, and 61–90 after the academy.
- 6An accountability partner
A fellow participant who keeps encouraging you, giving feedback, and holding you to what you committed to.
- 7Confidence in hard decisions
How to lead through uncertainty, communicate your values, make the difficult call, and stay accountable for it.
The room
Small teams. No back row.
You'll spend the four days on a small team. You'll analyze cases together, work through a live crisis simulation together, and give feedback on each other's vision. The room is kept small on purpose, so nobody gets to sit quietly and take notes.
You'll be asked what you stand for. Then you'll be asked to prove it.
Read this before you apply
This isn't for everyone.
It's built for people ready to be honest with themselves for four straight days. That's a smaller group than you'd think.
It's for you if
- You can feel that you're meant to lead something, with or without the title.
- You already lead at work, at church, in business, or at home, and want to do it with conviction.
- You want to know what you'd actually do under pressure, before the pressure arrives.
- You've failed at something that mattered and want to know what to do with it.
- You want a written plan, not just a good feeling.
It's not for you if
- You want to sit in the back. There is no back, only small teams.
- You won't do homework. Every night's assignment feeds the next morning.
- You'd rather keep your values vague so nobody can hold you to them.
- You can't be there all four days, 8 to 5.
Do the math
The real cost is waiting.
Per hour of live instruction. Tuition divided by 30 hours in a room built around your growth.
Room, kept small on purpose. When the teams are full, the January academy is closed.
The first Standpoint happens once. The people in it become the founding class that every future cohort follows.
Parents · Pastors · Mentors · Employers
Invest in a leader you believe in.
You know someone who is ready for this, even if they don't know it yet. Sponsor their seat and give them four days that can set the direction of the next ten years.
- For parentsGive your son or daughter something more lasting than another gadget: a clear sense of who they are and where they're going.
- For churches and ministriesSend your emerging leaders together and bring them back with shared language, written values, and a 90-day plan.
- For employersInvest in the young leaders on your team before they decide to lead somewhere else. Bring a group and they go through it together.

Questions
Before you commit.
How is this different from a conference?
A conference puts you in a crowd watching a stage. Standpoint is a small, working room. You'll build your values, vision, code, and plan yourself, on a small team, with one-on-one time with top-tier leaders. You leave with documents in hand, not just notes.
What happens after I request a seat?
You place your $250 deposit and your seat is held. The balance pays automatically each month, and a real person follows up to welcome you. Then you get the dates, venue, faculty, and full syllabus before anyone else.
How does payment work?
A $250 deposit holds your seat. The remaining $750 is split into automatic monthly payments that finish before the academy, so there's nothing to remember. You pay Standpoint directly, with no interest and no third-party lender. If you'd rather pay the full $1,000 at once, choose "Pay in full" on the form.
When exactly is it?
Four consecutive days in January 2027, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. Committed attendees get the exact dates first.
Where is it?
The venue is being finalized now. Committed attendees hear first.
Who is it for?
Emerging leaders in business, ministry, work, and community. You don't need a title. You need to be willing to do the work.
What does a day look like?
Each day runs 8 to 5 with a morning break from 10:30 to 10:45, lunch from 12 to 1, and an afternoon break from 3:15 to 3:30. You'll move between leadership presentations, case studies, videos, team discussion, exercises, and personal reflection. Each day ends with homework that feeds the next morning.
Is there homework?
Yes, three short, personal assignments, one each night. They matter, because each one feeds the next morning.
Who are the leaders I'll meet one-on-one?
The faculty is being confirmed now. Committed attendees hear the names first, before they're announced publicly.
Can I see the full schedule?
The session-by-session syllabus goes to confirmed participants. If you want to talk it through before you commit, choose "Have a short call first" on the form and we'll set up a short conversation.
Is this a church event?
Faith and service have a place here: your vision covers ministry or community service alongside family and career. The case studies come from business, history, and psychology, and the academy is open to anyone ready for four honest days.
Can a parent, pastor, or employer pay for someone?
Yes. Choose "Someone else" on the form, add the attendee's name, and pick how many seats. We'll handle the details with you directly.
Can I bring a group?
Yes. Choose the number of seats on the form and we'll coordinate with you.
What if I miss a day?
Each day builds on the one before, and the homework connects them. The academy is built for people who can be there for all four.
Picture this
It's February.
A hard decision lands on your desk, and you don't freeze. You already know which of your values it touches.
Someone asks what you stand for. You answer in sixty seconds, and they believe you.
Something goes wrong. You pull out the recovery plan you wrote in January and work the steps.
It's day 31 of your 90-day plan, and your accountability partner just texted to ask how it's going.
That version of you starts with four days in January.
Standpoint · January 2027 · Limited seats
A few people will spend four days deciding who they'll be.
A year from now you'll either have the values, the vision, and the plan, or you'll still be meaning to figure it out. Four days decides which.
